Brain Gym® is also known as Educational Kinesiology. Brain Gym® presents 26 simple movements to enhance learning abilities in children and adults. It promotes integrated communication between the brain and the body, eliminates stress in learning, and increases creativity.
The Brain Gym® movements are very easy to use and implement. They can be modified to any age and ability level. This powerful program can bring profound and positive change.

Zohara Zarfati, M.Ed., is a National Board Certified Teacher, Vermont-licensed Special Educator, and a licensed Brain Gym® instructor. Ms. Zarfati earned her undergraduate degree in Israel and her graduate degree in Special Education / Applied Psychology from U of T, Canada. She has 20 years experience supporting students with disabilities. Among other modalities Ms. Zarfati combines Brain Gym® with individual student counseling, classroom teaching, and staff development.
