Most grades came over for the progress report. The majority that did not was because a new marking period had not been created in the gradebooks -- even though teachers had correct assignments with dates and grades ready to go. The dates (in some cases) were correct, the MP number needed to be changed from a 1 to a 2 (in the MP row). For next MP, if you create assignments before the last day of the MP, remember to change the 2 to a 3 and a new gradebook for that MP will be created. Remember to double check your assignment dates AND the number in the MP row to ensure it has the correct MP. Those teachers who have UA classes should now be in MP 3. Next semester you will have MP's 4,5 & 6. All others will have MP 3 & 4.

GQ/Edline Tip of the Week
When posting reports to Edline, try using a date format with the name, ie, Progress 12.11.09, to easily identify which report is most current.
